
1 pkg yeast
¼ cup water
¼ cup butter
3 T sugar
1 ½ t salt
½ cup hot scalded milk
2 eggs
3 ¼ to 3 ½ cups flour
Soften together yeast and water. In a separate bowl, combine together butter, sugar, salt and milk. Stir in eggs then add yeast. Mix in flour and beat well. Cover - let rise 1 - 1 ½ hrs
