Marcia’s Pork Chops

Ingredients

6 pork chops - thick and lean

1 14 oz can apricot halves

1 Tbls steak sauce

1 tsp salt

Cloves

Directions

Drain syrup, heat with steak sauce and salt. Cook till thick - about 15 minutes. Brush chops with syrup. Put chops in pan. Bake 45 minutes at 400 uncovered. Turn over, brush with syrup and arrange an apricot studded with cloves. Bake 30 minutes more.
