Martha Stewart’s Pie Crust

Ingredients

2 ½ cups flour

1 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

2 sticks butter (½ lb) icy cold, sliced into pats

¼ to ½ cups iced water

Directions

Blend all ingredients except water until coarse. Add water until mixture reaches good texture. Divide in ½, putting each ½ between 2 sheets of plastic wrap. Chill.

Roll out ot fit 2 9-inch pie plates.

Can be kept in freezer 1 month or so.
