Ingredients
2 egg whites
¼ tsp cream of tartar
½ tsp salt (go easy on the salt)
½ cup sugar
Directions
Mix all ingredients and beat well.
Bake on foil-covered cookie sheet at 300 degrees for 20 minutes.
You can add choc. Chips or nuts if desired
