
1 cup flour
¾ cup sugar (or ½ cup)
2 Tbls butter
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
Add ½ cup whole milk
1 cup raw cranberries - chopped
Bake at 375 degrees 30 to 40 minutes in 9” pan or double the recipe and put in a bundt pan and bake for 45 minutes.
Butter Sauce
3 Tbls butter
½ cup white sugar
½ cup br sugar
½ cup cream
Cook in double boiler till thickened.
