
4 cinnamon glazed cinnamon rolls cubed
⅔ cup raisins
2 cups whole milk
4 large eggs
Teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Cup heavy cream
Cup butter
Cup granulated sugar
Cup whiskey
Combine cinnamon roll cubes and raisins in a large bowl; set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk milk, eggs, and vanilla until well combined. Pour over rolls; stir to combine. Let stand 20 minutes.
Pour into a 2-quart round baking dish that has been sprayed with no-stick cooking spray.
Bake in a preheated 350F oven 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Meanwhile, in small saucepan, combine cream, butter, sugar and whiskey. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Serve over bread pudding.
