Ingredients
Topping for 9-inch apple pie.
3 egg whites
4 tablespoons ice cold water
½ to ⅔ cup sugar
Directions
Beat egg whites with ice water until still. Beat in sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, until thoroughly combined. Spread over pie filling to touch edges. Brown in 350-degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
