Oil-based Pie Crust

Ingredients

2 cups sifted flour

1 teaspoon salt

½ cup oil

3 tablespoons cold water

Directions

Sift flour and salt. Add oil and water. Mix with fork. Roll out between sheets of wax paper. For pre-baked shell, bake in 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes 2 8-inch crusts
