Pancakes

Ingredients

Makes 3 to 4 servings

2 eggs

¾ cup whole milk

2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine

1 cup flour, sifted

½ teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons baking powder

2 tablespoons sugar

Directions

In large mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add milk and butter. Blend well. Stir in flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar until thoroughly mixed. For small pancakes, drop batter by tablespoonful onto lightly greased 425-degree griddle. Turn pancakes when bubbles appear on top. Brown about 1 minute.
