Peach Kuchen

Ingredients

2 cups flour

¼ teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup sugar

½ cup butter

12 peach halves

1 teaspoon cinnamon

2 eggs

1 cup cream

Directions

Sift flour, baking powder, salt and two tablespoons sugar. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Pat in ungreased 9x12 inch pan on bottom and halfway up sides. Place peach halves over pastry and sprinkle with remaining sugar and cinnamon. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix the beaten eggs with cream and pour over kuchen; bake 30 minutes longer or until firm. Serve warm.
