Pecan Fudge Pie

Ingredients

9” unbaked pie shell

1 pkg (12 oz) choc chips

¼ cup half and half

4 eggs

½ tsp salt

2 tsp vanilla

1 cup light corn syrup

2 Tbls butter, melted

2 pkg (2 ½ oz ea (chopped pecans)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In saucepan over low heat melt chocolate. Add half and half, stirring constantly. Set aside. In medium bowl beat together next 5 ingredients. Mix well. Slowly add choc. Fold in pecans. Pour into pie shell and bake for about 45-50 minutes or until center is set. Serve topped with whipped cream.
