Pot-de-Creme

Ingredients

Put in blender and blend a bit:

1 egg

1 cup semi-sweet choc pieces

2 TBLS sugar

Pinch of salt

Add:

⅔ cup very hot milk

Directions

Blend until no choc pieces are left.

Pour into 4 demitasse cups. 

Chill in refrigerator till firm.

Top with whipped cream and a spearmint leaf (or a cherry)
