Pot Roast (Crock Pot)

Ingredients

2- to 3-pound beef chuck, bottom round or shoulder roast

4 to 6 carrots

3 to 4 potatoes

1 to 2 small onions

1 package onion soup mix

1 ½ cups water

Directions

Place vegetables in bottom of pot. Add meat. Top with the soup mix and water. Turn slow cooker to high for 5 to 6 hours or low for 6 to 8 hours. Remove meat and vegetables, thicken juices using 1 tablespoon cornstarch for each cup of juice.
