Raspberry Jello Salad with So. Cream Topping

Ingredients

2 3oz packages rasp jello

2 cups boiling water

2 pkg frozen raspberries

¼ c pineapple juice

1 cup drained crushed pineapple

½ cup crushed nuts

Directions

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add raspberries, pineapple juices, pineapple, and nuts. Pour into mold.

TOPPING

1 cup sour cream

1 ½ cups mini marshmallows

1 Tbsp sugar

1 Tbsp lemon juice

Combine sour cream and mini marshmallows. Add sugar and lemon juice. Keep at room temp.
