Rhubarb Bars

Ingredients

Crust:

1 ¾ c flour

2 T sugar

1 t baking flour (this is what’s written on the card - I’m guessing it’s baking powder)

⅔ c butter

2 egg yolks

Mix and press into a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 10 min

Filling:

2 beaten egg yolks

1 ¾ c sugar

5 T flour

3-4 c rhubarb - cut fine

Put into baked crust

Topping:

4 beaten egg whites

¾ c sugar

½ cup nut meats

Beat egg whites, adding sugar gradually. Blend in nut meats and spread on top of filling. Bake 30 minutes at 325-350 or until done.
