
2 cups rhubarb, finely cut
1 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup oatmeal
1 ½ cups flour
½ cup butter
½ cup shortening
Combine rhubarb, granulated sugar and 2 tablespoons flour; put into 8x8 inch greased pan. Combine brown sugar, oatmeal and 1 ½ cups flour; cut in butter and shortening as for pie crust. Spread over rhubarb mixture and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
