
½ c butter
2 c brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c buttermilk or sour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp salt
2 c flour
1 ½ c raw rhubarb (fold in)
Mix topping and sprinkle
¼ or ½ c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Bake at 325-350 for 40 minutes in 9/13 pan - makes a flatish cake
