
Topping:
1 cup sifted flour
¾ cup oatmeal
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup melted butter
1 tsp cinnamon
4 cups rhubarb
Sauce:
1 cup sugar
2 Tbls cornstarch
1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
Mix topping until crumbly. Press ½ into greased 9x13 pan. Cover with 4 cups diced rhubarb. Combine ingredients for sauce, cook and pour over rhubarb. Top with remaining topping. Bake at 350 for 1 hr. Cut into squares and top with whipped cream or ice cream.
