Rice Pudding - Roxanna’s

Ingredients

½ cup rice - boiled and rinsed

5 eggs

¾ cup sugar

2 tsp vanilla

3 ¼ cup milk

Directions

Beat eggs. Add sugar, vanilla, and milk. Fold in cooked rice. Put in 2 qt baking dish. Put 9x13 pan of water in oven and put rice dish in it to bake.

Bake 25 min at 350 then stir and sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg on top and bake 45 minutes more. Add ½ cup raisins if desired.
