Rocky Road Frosting

Ingredients

2 squares (1 ounce each) unsweetened chocolate

2 cups miniature marshmallows

¼ cup water

¼ cup margarine

Powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup miniature marshmallows

Directions

Combine unsweetened chocolate, 2 cups marshmallows, water and margarine in a saucepan; heat until chocolate, marshmallows and margarine are melted; blend well. Stir in powdered sugar until mixture is of spreading consistency. Stir in vanilla. Add 1 cup miniature marshmallows and ½ cup chopped nuts, if desire.
