
1 Tbls butter
2 sticks celery (finely chopped)
½ green pepper (finely chopped)
1 Tbls worcestershire sauce
¾ cup mayonnaise
1 Tbls lemon juice
1-6 ½ oz can shrimp, rinsed and drained
1-6 ½ oz can crabmeat, rinsed and drained
¼ tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper
6 saltines - crushed
¼ cup parmesan cheese
Saute celery and green pepper in butter, add worcestershire and mayonnaise. Pour lemon juice over the shrimp and crabmeat and add to the celery mixture. Add salt and pepper. Put in a small baking dish. Top with crushed saltines and parmesan cheese. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve with assorted crackers. (Chicken ‘n Biscuit are good)
