
1 ½ lb ground beef
1 onion - diced
¾ cup ketchup
1 tsp salt
2 Tbls white sugar
1 Tbls vinegar
1 Tbls prepared yellow mustard
¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 dash tabasco
Brown beef and onion. Drain fat. Combine remaining ingredients and simmer 20-25 min. Serve on buns.
Optional: diced celery (cook it in water or add to beef and onion while browning)
