
1 can water chestnuts - drained and chopped
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach - well drained
1 pkg Knorr vegetable soup (dry mix)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 pound loaf of rye bread - round loaf
Combine all above ingredients except bread.
Hollow out center of loaf to hold vegetable mixture. Make cuts down side of loaf to enable guests to break off pieces of bread to use for dipping. Fill center with vegetable mixture. Garnish with celery, carrots, onions and other fresh vegetables to use for dipping also.
