Ingredients
¼ cup mashed and sweetened fresh strawberries
1 small scoop vanilla ice cream
½ cup club soda, seltzer or sparkling water, chilled
1 large scoop strawberry ice cream
Directions
Blend together strawberries and small scoop of ice cream in large, tall glass. Add club soda; stir slightly. Top with large scoop of ice cream and add additional club soda to fill a glass. Serve immediately.
Chocolate Soda
Prepare as strawberry soda, substituting ¼ cup chocolate syrup for strawberries and using all vanilla ice cream.
