
2 pounds finely ground beef
½ pound finely ground pork
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons grated onion
⅔ cup finely crushed rusks or bread crumbs
2 eggs
½ teaspoon allspice
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon cloves
½ cup cream
Combine beef and pork; add salt, onion, bread crumbs, eggs, spices and cream; stir well. Roll into very small meatballs. Bake in 350-degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes
