Tupperware Pie Crust

Ingredients

3 cups flour

1 ¼ cups lard (room temp)

1 tsp salt

1 egg

1 tsp vinegar

5 ½ tbls water

Directions

Shake dry ingredients in medium mixing bowl for 3 minutes (do not burp bowl). Mix together egg, vinegar and water then add mixture to dry ingredients. Burp bowl. Shake for 3 additional minutes. Crust will be formed into a ball ready for use.
