
1 package white cake mix
1 package (4 ounces) instant pistachio pudding mix
3 eggs
1 cup oil
1 cup 7-Up or club soda
1 cup chopped nuts
Combine all ingredients except nuts and beat 2 minutes with electric mixer. Stir in nuts. Bake in a 9x13-inch greased and floured pan (or use a fluted pan) and bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Spread topping on.
Topping
1 package (4 ounces) instant pistachio pudding mix
1 ½ cups milk
1 container (9 ounces) cool whip
Beat pudding mix with milk for 2 minutes. Fold in cool whip and spread on cooled cake.
