
6 cups (½ large head) cabbage, sliced very thin
3 small carrots, grated
3 radishes, grated
1 rib celery, finely chopped
¼ small onion, grated
1 cup mayonnaise-type salad dressing
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
¾ teaspoon celery salt
¾ teaspoon caraway seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix cabbage, carrots, radishes, celery, and onion in large bowl. Mix dressing ingredients in small bowl. Add enough dressing to cabbage mixture to moisten. Mix well. Adjust seasonings.
